What?!?!?!? A St Patrick's Snow?!?!?

This is a picture of the new patio off 18 green taken a hour ago! I am just speechless about this weather. I just went outside and measure 2.5 inches of snow! We will have to wait until the snow melts before we can continue cleaning up from all the other damage from the .......you guessed it...snow. The other picture is obviously a 4 leaf clover that will hopefully give us some good luck when it comes to getting some warm weather! Enjoy your St. Patrick's Day!

Golf Course Update (Groundhog Day Version)

Another day without rain. That has been the story for the last 2 weeks. We have been working hard to keep the course with just enough water to keep the plants alive and still be firm and fast. You will also notice that we are no longer mowing the intermediate cut around fairways. With the planned addition of 3 to 4 acres of fairway, it was deemed unnecessary to keep it. With the help of architects Brian and Blake, we are now seeing what the new bunkers look like. This one is on 10 green right side. They will not have the fescue "eyebrow" we have had in the past. For more updates, please follow me @BrendanJByrne01 on Twitter.
